The people I’ve met in or from New Orleans have the best style! Who(where) are some of the people/places in NOLA that inspired how you put together your looks? Growing up in New Orleans is as beautiful as the people who reside there. Some of my hometown fashion inspirations were definitely The Mardi Gras Indians, their elaborate headdresses, colors and just culture moved me in so many ways. The Meters (Band), effortless! and my Uncle Michael, fearless... just to name a few!
It’s clear that you’ve made some amazing vintage scores and I’d love to learn more about your favorite places to shop around the country and some of your favorite finds. Can you describe a few of your faves and where you found them? It’s true, I have a habit of finding/buying nice things!!! In New York I really like, City Opera Thrift, Ritual Vintage, Wonders of Walter and an oldie but goodie that has recently closed down Allen and Suzi. In New Orleans its Glue and On The Other Hand Vintage on Historic Oak St. These places are treasure chest, every step holds a rare find! I'm still in search of the hidden gems across the nation and the world.
What is your favorite piece(s) of jewelry or accessory? If you would for just a moment consider boots an accessory, I really love my Jeffrey West Electric Blue, Patent Leather Boots, and my Tailor Made Demain Leather Choker with the brass hardware. Last but not least I can’t leave out my Labradorite Crystal bracelet, makes me feel invincible!
What is your spirit animal? I’d say my spirit animal is a Jaguar.... The jaguar is frequently viewed as a symbol of life and strength. It also symbolizes beauty and rejuvenation, loyalty and courage. I literally walk that everyday. I walk in the beauty of who I am, I am rejuvenated by my surroundings, I am loyal to those that love and support me especially in times that are not obvious and I am courageous daily just by merely being me.

Do you believe in astrology? If so what’s your sign and which characteristics are important parts of your personality? I do believe in Astrology! I’m a Libra, I’m a lover, I’m Positve, and Dependable! I bring balance but honestly I am still finding mine...
If you could go in a time machine, where and when would you travel to? If I could go in to a time machine I would travel to the moment in the studio where Bob Marley was creating Legend!

These are also venues where I've performed! They allow you to share the intimacy with each artist... their vulnerable moments which is always their greatest moments.
